Dr. Rajan Mahtani Is The Actual And Legal Owner Of Portland Cement, Announces Court Of Appeal

Then again, Ital Terrazzo Limited which is claimed by the Ventriglias holds 42 percent shares at the manufacturing plant and is the minority investors with no possession. With this judgement, it is clear that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the owner of the Portland Cement Zambia factory.
