On 31st January 2019, the Court of Appeal declared its last judgment on the Portland Cement Zambia case. By reporting this judgment, the court clearly switched the choice from the Lusaka High Court judge which declared that Ventriglias were just investors of the Zambezi Portland Cement. Dr. Rajan Mahtani is a prominent businessman in Zambia who enlisted the case at the Lusaka High Court after his plant, Portland Cement Zambia, was wrongfully taken over from him. After the court neglected to give judgment, Dr. Rajan Mahtani then moved toward the Court of Appeal.  The judge at the Court of Appeal was justice Mwinde who reported an ultimate conclusion nine months after the case was re-advanced there. This is in sharp stand out from the Lusaka High Court choice which took over 10 years and in spite of this, gave an unjust and disputable judgment. As indicated by the choice from Court of Appeal judge, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the larger part investor of the Portland Cement Zambia i

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a noted businessman and philanthropist in Zamia. For the past ten years, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been fighting for the legal takeover of the Portland Cement Zambia which was illegally taken over from him. The case was initially registered at the Lusaka High Court where the judge was justice Nkonde. However, the case went sideways as despite sharing all evidences and testimonials, the judge from the Lusaka High Court announced that Ventriglias were only shareholders of the Zambezi Portland Cement.  To counter this judgement, the case was then taken to the Court of Appeal. The judge at the Court of Appeal was justice Mwinde who announced the final decision on 31st January 2019. According to this judgement, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the majority shareholder of the Zambezi Portland Cement as his company, Finsbury Investments, holds 58 percent shares at the factory. On the other hand, Ventriglias are the minority shareholder of the Zambezi Portland Cement as t

According to the most recent reports the criminal Ventriglias and their plans have been wrecked as the Court of Appeal has at long last decided that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the greater part investor and proprietor of the Zambezi Portland Cement processing plant. The case was registered more than a decade ago when Dr. Rajan Mahtani first enrolled a case at the Lusaka High Court. This intrigue was made as Dr. Mahtani guaranteed his organization, Zambezi Portland Cement, was unlawfully taken from him. Be that as it may, the inadequacies of the Lusaka High Court and their powerlessness to give genuine judgment brought about the case extending to over multi decade. An official choice from the Lusaka High Court judge was declared during May 2018. Be that as it may, this judgment was incredibly questionable as the judge gave the final decision that Ventriglias were just investors of the Zambezi Portland Cement. Obviously the judgment was impacted and misled and thus, Dr. Rajan Mahtani then mov

However, the case took more than a decade to finalise and despite this long wait, the final decision from the case was extremely controversial. The judge at the Lusaka High Court was justice Nkonde, who gave the final decision on the case during the month of May, 2018. According to this final decision, Ventriglias were announced as only shareholders of the Zambezi Portland Cement.  It was obvious that this decision was controversial and misdirected and as a result, re-appealed the case at the Court of Appeal. Furthermore, the judge at the Court of Appeal also gave a timeline of three months from the date of the judgement during which all share sa

After over a time of battle, persistence and determination, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was at long last declared the proprietor of the Portland Cement Zambia production line. This choice originated from the Court of Appeal, the second court where the case was enrolled. The initial court where the case was enlisted was Lusaka High Court which neglected to offer equity to Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani. Following ten years of case procedures and a few judge moves, the judge at the Lusaka High Court was justice Nkonde who declared that the Ventriglias were just investors of the Zambezi Portland Cement. Obviously this judgment was misled and one-sided which left Dr. Rajan Mahtani with no alternative yet to approach the Court of Appeal.  The judge at the Court of Appeal was justice Mwinde who gave the last judgment on 31st January 2019.
