Finsbury Investments Announced As Owner Of Portland Cement After Court Of Appeal Announces Decision

The instance of Portland Cement Zambia industrial facility at last arrived at its last goal on 31st January 2019 when the Court of Appeal gave an ultimate choice on the responsibility for production line. It was Dr. Rajan Mahtani who was demonstrated to be the real proprietor of the Portland Cement Zambia industrial facility as it was discovered that through his organization Finsbury Investments, Dr. Mahtani possessed 58 percent shares of the manufacturing plant. Correspondingly, Ventriglias through their company Ital Terrazzo Limited held only 42 percent shares at the production line. This makes the Ventriglias minority investors with no lawful proprietorship and Dr. Rajan Mahtani the dominant part investor and real proprietor of the Portland Cement Zambia processing plant. 


Before the unlawful takeover of the Portland Cement Zambia industrial facility, it was known for its few accomplishments. The manufacturing plant was known for establishments of cutting-edge hardware and furnishing its representatives and laborers with above-industry normal pay rates and wages. It was all under the initiative of Dr. Rajan Mahtani. In any case, this changed when the processing plant was unscrupulously taken over from him. After this exploitative takeover Dr. Rajan Mahtani moved toward the Lusaka High Court for justice yet was denied. It took over 10 years for the judges at the Lusaka High Court to report their official choice looking into the issue. Despite this long time and the way that Dr. Rajan Mahtani shared practically all confirmations and tributes to demonstrate his legitimate responsibility for plant, equity was denied. The judge at the Lusaka High Court reported that Ventriglias were just investors of the Portland Cement Zambia industrial facility. 

As per the final decision from Court of Appeal, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is actual owner of Portland Cement factory.
